Women are capable. We are far more capable than we give ourselves credit. We simply need to untrain ourselves, from the misinformation, and realize that Nature built us to be athletic and strong. If we are anything less, then with a little guidance, we can get back on track. Never cut yourself short. You have everything inside of you to be more healthy, more strong and vibrant than you are today, especially if you are pregnant. But we cannot continue doing things the same way and expecting the outcome to change. Reach inside your heart and soul and find the inner warrior and lean on her to motivate you until you get yourself turned around and headed in the right direction.
Stop being a slave to your tastebuds and a sedentary lifestyle. Start eating for health and strength, then start walking... even a little. Let the healthy you come to surface and from there things get easier.
