The urge to eat specific foods. Cravings generally show a pattern which will often point to a category of nutritional needs.
Such as, if a person is craving salty foods then they are probably lacking minerals in their diet. If they are craving fried or greasy foods then they are probably missing essential fatty acids. While meats would point to proteins and sugars would point to blood sugar issues. Sometimes it takes a little time to troubleshoot the issue but most often there is a pattern . And, yes, you can have more than one thing going on at a time.
