Eating for Lean and Beautiful!

Most weight gain is from a poor diet. It is caused from eating for self indulgence instead of eating for nutrition and health. Along with weight gain also comes acne, most often because of eating unhealthy carbs such as flour products, carbonation and sugar. Eating a diet based on meats, fruits, seeds, nuts, eggs, cheese and vegetables with limited starches and grains will benefit over 90% of the people in our nation. One should leave out processed sugar and carbonation if they desire to be healthy. If eating correctly, a person should be able to eat all they want and not gain excess weight.

Very often, when women are raised outside of the United States and then move to the US, the first thing they do is Americanize thier diet. When they do this they start having problems that were not common when eating their ancestral diet. Sugar, carbonation and flour are to blame for most weight gain and health issues. When looking at any of the ladies in the Gallery, not only is their weight good but look closely at their skin and see how clear and beautiful it is. The healthier the body is, the more beautiful and clear the skin is. To have a healthy pregnancy, one must first assume the personal responsilbilty of chosing to eat for health instead of being a slave to the tastebuds. The old saying that 'We are what we eat' is now expanded to "You and your baby are what you eat" so make it healthy. Protect your baby by putting forth the extra effort to eat well.
