During pregnancy, many women suffer from morning sickness at varying degrees. Morning sickness can be caused by one or more of the following issues.
1) Animal milk consumption. Which builds mucous in the stomach and digestive tract. This one generally happens after comsuming milk or other dairy products. As a rule block cheses are less damaging than the softer dairy products.
2) Liver issues. This one usually shows itself by vomiting yellow bile and happens after eating things that are hard for the liver to process, such as fried or greasy foods, fats or meats.
3) Low blood sugar. This is usually brought on by having too many carbs and not enough proteins or going too long between meals.
4) Low blood pressure. If the blood pressure drops, then there may not be enough blood to digest food as well as provide for vital organs and the pregnancy, so the body rebels food.
5) Lack of probiotics and enzymes to help break down the food to be digested. This one happens most often with foods that are harder for the body to break down, such as meats, fats and dairy.
6) Emotional rebellion toward pregnancy. This happens most often in women who feel overwhelmed with being pregnant. This happens most with unexpected pregnancies, single women, women who have too many things on their plate or those having financial problems. Any of these things can lead to her emotional rebellion to being pregnant.
